5 GOLDEN RULES TO BE HAPPY


       It seems living a happy life is not complicated than it should be because we are always looking for external people, things or events to make us happy. However, happiness comes from within and can be seen in our daily life.
      Here are the 5 golden rules towards happiness.
  1. Threat everyday as a gift.
     We should make it a habit to wake up with an appreciation for the new day that we have been given, a new opportunity to experience life, grow, eat, laugh, give, explain and discover what it feels like to be you.
 2. Make time to get in touch with your soul. 
      Our soul is our own eternal essence. Thus, we can get in touch with our soul through meditation, writing a journal or spending time in nature without judgment for a few moments.
 3. Do not expect anything in return.
    Everyone should feel someone's else happiness as our own. We must give more without expect anything in return and obviously we can feel the positivity that is self-satisfaction.
 4. Positive thinking.
    To be happy one must always stay positive. We must be brave enough to overcome the fear and live our life with faith. We cannot be happy with life full of fear. Life becomes more rich when we let go of fear and filled with blessings every single day.
 5. Ignore what others think.
    Most of us tend to put in our mind what others would think on whatever we do in our life. Just ignore them. They do not exist in our life. Their opinion does not even belong to us. Our goals and desires in life are our own thoughts and emotions as they produce own drive. Everything is from us.

Let’s take a look at the definition of happiness so we’re all on the same page.  Oxford Dictionary’s definition of “ happiness ” is a simple one: “ The state of being happy .” Not exactly what we were looking for, was it? Perhaps we need to dive a little deeper. Oxford Dictionary’s definition of  “ happy ”  is a little more helpful: “ Feeling or showing pleasure or contentment .” That’s better! So, happiness is the state of feeling or showing pleasure or contentment. From this definition, we can glean a few important points about happiness: Happiness is a state, not a trait; in other words, it isn’t a long-lasting, permanent feature or personality trait, but a more fleeting, changeable state. Happiness is equated with feeling pleasure or contentment, meaning that happiness is not to be confused with joy, ecstasy, bliss, or other more intense feelings. Happiness can be either feeling or showing, meaning that happiness is not necessarily an internal or external experience,
